The exchange will probably be around for a while but there probably will not be a lot of learning and growth at TMX. -One of my bosses happened to be simply terrible, a very poor manager and could not motivate his employees in a respectful manner. -I was placed in a team where I did not want to be during the rotation program."

Highly political and men have the right to talk down to or disregard younger employees thoughts or approaches. If you are disliked by upward management for no apparent reason, you will be made redundant and they will use that loop hole to then rehire your position a few weeks later."
Anonymous (Current Employee) says"Looks great in concept but a horrible place to work. A Political nightmare. Backstabbing, Incompetence, total disregard for shareholder resources. Managers and Executives feel entitled. Nothing every gets done there. It takes a meeting to decide on what the next meeting is on. Stay away. There are better places to work. Cons: Everything you can imagine"

Administration (Former Employee) says"With close to 20 years experience in my field with various employers, I can, without doubt, say that TMX is the most horrible place to work. During the year that I worked there, I saw so many people come and go do to firing. I recall seeing two of the senior HR people laughing when a long-term employee got very emotional when she heard she was fired. Cons: unethical employer"

Mailroom Administrator (Former Employee) says"Like any other big corporate company out there, it gets super busy and hectic, but what separates this company is the toxic people that work there. Everyone is out to get each other (gossiping behind their backs); condescending to people in lower positions; and the pay is below average for the work you do. It’s also almost impossible to move up."

It truly has some phenomenal people working there who will do great things for the company if they are able to somehow navigate the labyrinth."
Product Analyst, Datalinx (Current Employee) says"Good friendly people, good management who are very helpful.
